Après Ski: Sölden has an extremely spirited mood come the evening time allowing those who still have the energy after a day on the slopes, to happily dip in and out of the numerous bars and nightclubs such as Joker, Snow Rock Café and Schrimbar. There is a tangible party atmosphere each night, however, Friday provides the climax of the week with the Sölden party held up on the Giggijoch. Aside from the nightlife, there are many great restaurants and eateries to choose from.

Activities: There is a plethora of varying and exciting action in Solden when not cruising along the slopes. Thrill seekers are recommended the 5 Km toboggan run, paragliding and sleigh rides. If you fancy going ‘Eskimo’, why not spend a night in an Igloo up near the Rettenbach Glacier. If you feel exhausted from endless skiing and too many late nights, go and soothe your aches at the Freizeit Arena saunas and steam rooms, or visit the local Aqua Dome Spa in Längefeld.

Eating Out: Sölden has over 50 restaurants, café’s and pubs to choose from and you have the pick of the bunch when deciding where to dine. If you’re a fan of pizza then try La Tavola, Café Hubertus and Corso. If you fancy some traditional Tirolean food, visit s’Pfandl at Ausserwald. Wherever you choose to dine, there is something for every taste and budget.
