Morzine is a picturesque old-style Sayoyard town with an unspoit centre, set in a beautiful valley with traditional chalet-style architecture. Morzine has plenty of character, charm and excellent après ski facilities. It forms part of the fabulous Portes du Soleil ski area, with an enormous 650kms of high altitude slopes, one of the largest linked ski areas in the world.
The local skiing terrain is perfect for beginners and intermediates and the nearby village of Les Gets is linked on the local lift pass. The other side of the valley will take you to the skiing and boarding mecca of Avoriaz with plentiful blues and reds, four snow parks and the snowcross course. The traditional resort is filled with shops, bars and restaurants and has plenty to do off the slopes
