Fermie Ski & Snowboarding Holidays

Fernie is set in the midst of the rugged peaks of the Rockies and is perfect for all levels of skier/boarder. The resort has over 30 feet on average per year and is renowned for its excellent natural snow conditions, powder bowls in 'steep and deep' terrain. The uncrowded pistes make it an ideal environment for families and first time skiers, a paradise for intermediates on the perfectly groomed trails and the area rates highly with Snowboarders.

Fernie is in 2 parts with an 'Alpine' type resort at the base of the mountain where they are accommodations, bars, restaurants and shops, whilst the historic mining town of Fernie with its unique atmosphere is 5 kilometres from the ski area. Both are connected by a regular bus service and the evening shuttle makes it is easy to explore the lively bars, restaurants and shops in both areas.
