Lake Louise village itself is small and intimate, with a handful of hotels (all within a few minutes of the slopes) and shops, making it perfect for an peaceful getaway.

Après Ski: At close of play in Lake Louise there is some action in the main base lodge but the hub is the Kokanee Kabin, which has regular live music. Later on, there is a choice of various hotel bars eg the Glacier Saloon (Chateau Lake Louise), The Explorer’s Lounge (Lake Louise Inn) and the Outpost (Post hotel)

Activities: There are also a great range of non-ski Activities to be found in Lake Louise, including; ice skating, dog-sled adventures, heli skiing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and torchlight descents.

Eating Out: There is a choice of 12 or more very good restaurants in village hotels including the Château Lake Louise's Fairview dining room, The Lake Louise Inn's Legend’s Dining Room, the Walliser Stube, the Deer Lodge's Teytos café, Station Bistro and the Baker Creek Bistro.
